Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO) applies to personal data we control. If you are outside Hong Kong, your data may still be processed in Hong Kong and by the processors named below.

We collect the information you choose to send us, plus limited technical data needed to run the site.

Quote and contact forms may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Telegram username (optional)
• Project description
• Budget range
• How you heard about us (optional)
• Files you attach: ZIP, PDF, PNG, JPG/JPEG, DOC, or DOCX, up to 4 MB each, up to 10 files

When you submit a form we also process a reCAPTCHA token and your IP address to reduce spam. Rate limiting may store your IP for a short period.

If you book a call, Calendly collects whatever you enter on their scheduling page under Calendly’s own terms and privacy notice.

We do not ask children to use this site or to submit personal data.

• To remember your language and cookie choice
• To measure traffic and how pages are used, only if you accept analytics cookies
• To prevent spam and abuse of the contact form

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing lists.

We use service providers to operate the site. They process data only for the purposes we describe. Some are outside Hong Kong.

• Resend — delivers inquiry emails (including attachments) to our team
• Google reCAPTCHA — spam checks when you use a form
• Upstash — rate limiting that may store IP addresses
• Google Analytics 4 — page views and usage, only after you accept analytics
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session recordings, only after you accept analytics
• Calendly — if you open our booking link
• A cloud host — technical logs (for example IP address and browser type) needed to serve the site

If we start a paid project, personal data needed to perform the contract may also be processed under that agreement.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use local storage to remember your cookie choice. You can accept analytics or keep necessary cookies only.

Necessary cookies do not require a separate opt-in. Analytics cookies are not set until you click Accept analytics. If you choose Necessary only, we do not load Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity. You can change this later on this page.

If you leave this site to book a call, Calendly is an independent company and may set its own cookies. See Calendly’s privacy documentation for that processing.

Inquiry emails, attachments, and related form data are kept for up to 3 months after our last contact with you, unless a project or contract starts. In that case we keep what the contract requires.

Analytics data follows Google’s and Microsoft’s retention settings for our accounts. Rate-limit records of IP addresses are short-lived. Your cookie choice stays in your browser until you change it or clear site data.

We may keep data longer if we must for a legal claim, dispute, or legal obligation.

You may request access to personal data we hold about you, and correction of data that is inaccurate. You may also ask us to delete inquiry data where we no longer need it. We may need to verify your identity before we act.

We may update this notice when our practices, processors, or the law change. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here before they apply to new collection where practical.
