By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or send us a form.

You may browse the site, read our work, and contact us about a possible project. Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to send malware or deceptive content.

Do not misuse the contact or quote form. That includes sending spam, automated submissions, or repeated messages intended to disrupt us. We use reCAPTCHA and rate limiting, and we may refuse, delete, or ignore submissions that look abusive.

This site is meant for people considering professional software work. We do not ask children to use it or to send us personal data.

Sending a quote form, email, or brief is an enquiry. It does not create a contract, a price, a timeline, or an obligation on either side to proceed.

We aim to reply within 24 hours on working days in Hong Kong. That is our practice, not a guarantee. If we cannot take the work, we will say so.

If you attach files, you confirm you have the right to send them and that they do not contain material you are not allowed to share. We handle attachments as described in our Privacy & cookies notice.

“Book a call” links go to Calendly, which is an independent company. If you leave our site to schedule, Calendly’s own terms and privacy notice apply to whatever you enter there.

A booked call is a conversation. It is not an engagement until both sides sign a written agreement.

The website — including copy, layout, graphics, and trademarks — is owned by JISHENG or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or republish it for your own commercial use without our written consent. You may share a page link.

Work shown under /work is for illustration. Viewing a case study or product page does not give you a licence to the software, designs, or data behind it. Some clients are unnamed because the engagement is confidential.

Pages on this site are marketing and engineering description. They are not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Nothing about market data, charts, or product demos should be treated as a forecast or a recommendation to trade.

We take care with what we publish, but the website is provided as is. It may contain errors, and we may change or remove pages without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of defects.

Timelines, fees, scope, intellectual property, warranties, and deliverables for paid work exist only in a separate written agreement between JISHENG and the client. These website terms do not create that agreement and do not override it.

Until that agreement is signed, either side may walk away. Informal notes, slides, or chat messages are not a substitute.

To the extent Hong Kong law allows, JISHENG is not liable for loss that arises only from using or being unable to use this website — including lost opportunity, lost data, or relying on marketing copy — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

This section is about the public website. It does not limit remedies that a signed project agreement gives you, and it does not exclude liability that Hong Kong law does not allow us to exclude.

The site may link to or embed third-party services, including Calendly, Google, and Microsoft. Those companies have their own terms. We do not control their sites and we are not responsible for their content or their processing, except as described in our Privacy & cookies notice.

We may update these terms when the site, our practices, or the law change. The date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms or your use of the website.
